Exterior Paint work has been approved by the City of Largo Building Department to proceed!
The scope of work includes exterior surface cleaning, primer preparation, and painting. Contractors will work in phases throughout the property to minimize disruption; however, residents may experience temporary inconveniences such as, limited access to certain areas, or the presence of equipment and materials.
We kindly ask all residents to avoid work zones when possible, and to clear all exterior personal items from affected areas including moving vehicles when painting is in progress.
🏠 Exterior Painting Preparation Schedule
March 18, 2026 - Preliminary preparation will begin
March 23, 2026 - Exterior painting work will commence. This first week will only include power washing and prep work.
🚗 Vehicle & Carport Rules when painting in progress
Vehicles must be moved away from buildings during active painting.
Carports are Not Safe: You cannot leave cars under carports; they do not provide protection from paint overspray.
🪴 Personal Items
Clear the Area: Remove all items (plants, furniture, décor) from the building exterior.
Overspray Risk: Anything left outside is at risk of being damaged by drifting paint.
